Dealers are hyper to sell LSC products. And no doubt market is hot. It can't be compared with CSC where dynamics were different. Project features will be great and modern as claimed by owners. They are giant developer in Pakistan and have long history. As it is a mega project, it will take time possibly 4 to 7 years cautiously speaking if things go steadily. It is raw at this stage but I assume that once infrastructure is complete it will be populated in lesser time because of its location... wish best.
